Eggs and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • diced cold boiled or baked potatoes
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 or 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of thick cream

Instructions

Fry the potatoes brown in a butter, seasoning with salt and pepper; break in the eggs and scramble lightly. Add the thick cream and serve immediately.
