Currant Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup currants (fresh fruit)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 lump of butter
  • yolks of 2 eggs

Instructions

Beat all together and bake in one crust. When done frost with the beaten whites of the eggs.
