Claret or Wine Sauce for Game

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint of claret or sherry
  • 4 tablespoons soup stock or water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated horseradish
  • 1 saltspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Instructions

Heat gently but do not boil. Serve hot with game.
