Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts ripe tomatoes
  • 3 green peppers
  • 3 onions
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 cups of vinegar
  • 2 teaspoonfuls of salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of cloves

Instructions

Cook the tomatoes tender, chop the onion and peppers very fine, mix all well and cook a few minutes. Celery improves it. Bottle and seal.
