Cheese and Eggs on Toast

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • milk
  • 3 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 pound of grated cheese
  • toast

Instructions

Beat the eggs with the bread crumbs, soaked soft in milk and drained. Add the melted butter, mustard, salt and pepper and lastly the grated cheese. Spread evenly on slices of toast and brown quickly in the oven.
