Soubise Sauce

(For chops)

Ingredients

  • 3 or 4 onions
  • 1 tablespoonful of butter
  • 1 cupful of brown sauce

Instructions

Fry the onions until soft in the butter; press them through a strainer, and mix with the brown sauce.
