Potato Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 shredded onion
  • some chopped parsley
  • about 1 cupful of milk
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

Boil the potatoes; rub them through a sieve (coarse hair is the best) into a saucepan in which there have been placed the onion, parsley, and milk. Stir in the potato pulp, and thin with water. Season with pepper and salt.
