Instantaneous Frosting

Ingredients

  • white of an unbeaten egg
  • 1 1/4 cupfuls of pulverized sugar
  • 3 drops of rose-water
  • 10 drops of vanilla
  • juice of half a lemon

Instructions

To the white add the sugar, and stir until smooth. Add the rose-water, vanilla, and the juice. It will at once become very white, and will harden in five or six minutes.
