Curry Sauce

(For eggs, chicken, etc.)


  • 1 tablespoonful of butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of onion-juice
  • 1 tablespoonful of curry powder
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of flour
  • 2 cupfuls of milk


Put the butter in a saucepan. When it bubbles add the onion-juice, and the curry powder mixed with the flour. Let it cook a few minutes, and add slowly the milk. Stir constantly.
