Cheese Sandwiches No. 4. Mock Crab
- 1 tablespoonful of butter
- 2 tablespoonfuls of grated cheese
- 1 saltspoonful of salt
- 1 saltspoonful of paprica
- 1 saltspoonful of dry mustard
- a little anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoonful of vinegar
Rub to a smooth paste. Spread between thin slices of dry toast.
