Stewed Mushrooms in Cream

Instructions

Prepare mushrooms as for Stewed Mushrooms. Cook with three-fourths cup cream instead of using water or stock. Add a slight grating of nutmeg, pour over small pieces of dry toast, and garnish with toast points.
