Sautéd Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • few drops onion juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • few grains pepper
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup boiling water

Instructions

Wash, remove stems, peel caps, and break in pieces; there should be one cup of mushrooms. Put butter in a hot omelet pan; when melted, add mushrooms, onion juice, salt, pepper, and cook five minutes. Add parsley and boiling water. Cook two minutes, and serve on dry toast.
