Sauce Tyrolienne

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped capers
  • 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 1 finely chopped gherkin
  • 1/2 can tomatoes, stewed, strained, and cooked until reduced to 2 tablespoons

Instructions

Add rest of ingredients to mayonnaise and serve with any kind of fried fish.
