Savory Hash (Baked)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold meat cut fine
  • 2 cups cold cooked potatoes
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped
  • 2 stalks celery chopped, or
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons melted bacon fat or beef drippings

Instructions

Mix, and bake in casserole in moderate oven forty-five minutes.
