Pickled Nasturtium Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons salt
  • 5 or 6 slices of horseradish root
  • nasturtium seeds

Instructions

Into the cider vinegar put the salt and horseradish root. Pour into a jar and cover closely. Add the seeds as they ripen. Use in salads, sauces, or for garnishing as a substitute for capers.
