Pickled Nasturtium Seeds
- 1 quart of cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 5 or 6 slices of horseradish root
- nasturtium seeds
Into the cider vinegar put the salt and horseradish root. Pour into a jar and cover closely. Add the seeds as they ripen. Use in salads, sauces, or for garnishing as a substitute for capers.
