Mint Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • few grains cayenne

Instructions

Wash and dry mint, pick leaves, and chop very fine, add other ingredients, put on back of range, and keep warm for half an hour.
