Coffee and Rice Jelly

Ingredients

  • 1/2 box gelatine
  • 1/2 cup cold coffee
  • 2 cups hot strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup cooked rice

Instructions

Soak gelatine in cold coffee five minutes; add hot coffee and stir until dissolved; add milk and sugar; chill, and, when beginning to stiffen, beat with egg beater, add rice, and turn into a mold.
