Hot-Pot

Ingredients

  • meat
  • 1 celery
  • 4 leeks
  • 2 onions
  • 2 turnips
  • 2 carrots
  • pepper
  • salt

Instructions

Before putting in your meat, cook in the water celery, leeks, onions, turnips, carrots; then add the meat, with pepper and salt, and stew gently for three hours. If you can put in a marrow-bone as well, that will give the soup a delicious flavor.
