Flemish Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of washed and picked Brussels sprouts
  • 10 potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 2 leeks
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chopped chervil

Instructions

To Brussels sprouts add potatoes, onions, leeks, salt, pepper. Cook all gently and pass through a sieve. Add at the last moment a sprinkle of chopped chervil.
