Crecy Soup (Belgian Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 10 carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1 leek
  • 5 potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Take carrots, onions, leek, potatoes, and cook all gently in water, with salt and pepper; when they are tender, rub them through the sieve and serve it very hot.
