Sunderland Pudding


  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 1 pint cream
  • salt
  • 4 spoons fine flour


Whip the eggs, half the whites, take the nutmeg, cream and a little salt, the flour, oil or butter pans, cups, or bowls, bake in a quick oven one hour. Eat with sweet sauce.
