Paste for Sweet Meats No. 8

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds of suet
  • 6 pounds of flour
  • 1 spoon full of salt
  • cream
  • 2 1/2 pounds of butter

Instructions

Rub in the suet to the flour, and salt, wet with cream, roll in, in six or eight times, the butter, good for a chicken or meat pie.
