Ingredients

  • 3 pounds sugar
  • 1/2 pound butter
  • 1/4 pound of ginger
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 glass rose water
  • 3 pounds flour

Instructions

Take the sugar, butter, ginger, eggs, rose water, rub into the flour, bake as No. 1.
