Turkish Soup

Ingredients

  • lamb chops
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 onion
  • herb bouquet
  • 1/2 cup of barley
  • 1 quart of soup stock

Instructions

Season and fry some lamb chops.

Add green peppers sliced thin, onion chopped and an herb bouquet.

Then cook barley in soup stock until tender.

Pour all together and let cook until meat is very tender.

Serve hot.
