Italian Batter Cakes

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 salt-spoonful of salt
  • 1 tablespoonful of olive-oil
  • 1 tablespoonful of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of flour

Instructions

Beat yolks with milk, salt, olive-oil and sugar. Mix with flour and the beaten whites of the eggs. Fry until light brown. Serve with cooked fruit.
