Irish Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound of sifted flour
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 pint of milk
  • 1/2 ounce of melted butter

Instructions

Mix flour with eggs, salt, milk and melted butter. Mix well to a smooth pancake batter and fry in hot lard to a delicate brown.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve hot.
