French Frozen Milk Punch


  • 1 quart of milk
  • 2 cupfuls of sugar
  • 1/2 nutmeg
  • 3 cupfuls of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup of rum
  • 1 cupful of French brandy


Sweeten milk with sugar; let come to a boil. Remove from the fire and grate in nutmeg.

When cool, freeze until half frozen; then stir in whipped cream and freeze again.

Add rum and French brandy. Let freeze until hard and serve.
